• You can drive or take public transportation (like the ADO bus), or book round-trip transportation through Xel-Há as part of a package deal. Or ask at your accommodation. Xel-Há is about 1 hour 45 minutes from Cancun and about 45 minutes from Playa del Carmen.

• Yes, Xel-Há is wheelchair accessible. They also offer wheelchairs for rent, where required. The park has paved paths and ramps to accommodate visitors with mobility challenges.
