About Bioparc Fuengirola
Bioparc Fuengirola is one of the new types of zoo where the animals and their welfare are the central focus. It offers an experience that feels more like stepping into a tropical rainforest rather than a trip to a traditional zoo! It's home to over 200 species from tropical and subtropical regions around the world, and a great place that all ages can enjoy!
The zoo replicates the animals natural habitats as it wants the animals to thrive as they would in the wild. You can even see some of the world’s most endangered animals including Sumatran tigers, Borneo orangutans, and pygmy hippopotamuses at the zoo!
