About Global Village Dubai

The Global Village Dubai is one of the largest tourism, leisure and shopping centres in the world! Like a lot of things in Dubai, it’s more than impressive! The concept of Global Village revolves around bringing together different cultures from around the world in one place, allowing you to experience the diversity of traditions, cuisine, arts, and crafts from the various countries that participate (currently over 90!).

It’s set out with pavilions (that are often based on a famous landmark or structures) that represent the different countries from around the world and each pavilion shows the culture, heritage, products, and traditions of its respective country, allowing you to explore and to learn about the different cultures and enjoy authentic experiences.

It also offers a wide range of entertainment shows, which include cultural performances, live concerts, street performances, parades, and theatrical productions from the participating countries which again represent the diversity of cultures and are designed to entertain all ages!

Global Village is also famous for the shopping options as well (it is Dubai!)! You can come and browse shops and stalls that offer a huge range of products which include traditional handicrafts, clothing, accessories, home décor, souvenirs, and more, again from different countries' pavilions and international vendors.

There is also a huge selection of food on offer and you can enjoy authentic dishes from the various countries as well as popular global food chains. They also usually offer spectacular firework displays over the weekends as well!

Global Village also hosts seasonal events and festivals throughout the year, such as the Global Village Carnival, Ramadan Nights, and special holiday-themed celebrations!
