About One World Observatory

The One World Observatory is located in One World Trade Center in the Freedom Tower and offers incredible views of New York City and up to 50 miles depending on how clear the sky is, from the 100th floor.

The One World Trade Center is on the site of the former World Trade Center that was destroyed during the September 11 attacks of 2001. It is one of the tallest buildings in the world, standing at 1,776 feet and was designed by the same architect that designed the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, David Childs.

The observatory section is found in floors 100, 101 and 102 and can be accessed from the famous high-speed elevators called 'SkyPods' which carry you up to the 102nd floor in just 47 seconds! The SkyPods contain LED screens which will show you a time-lapse history of the city from the 1500’s to the present day, as you travel up.

Food Options

The One World Observatory also offers multiple dining options where you can enjoy food and drinks on your visit whilst taking in the incredible views the building offers!
