About San Antonio Zoo
San Antonio Zoo in Brackenridge Park covers 56 acres and is home to over 750 species of animals from around the world! The zoo has a big emphasis on protecting endangered species and promotes programs that inspire a love for wildlife and their habitats.
What you can see and do at the zoo…
Stroll through the Cat Grotto, an area with water flowing over rocks. Watch Caribbean flamingos and playful black and white lemurs in Pride Plaza, or visit the Reptile House, where you’ll find snakes, turtles, and lizards from across the globe.
