About Singapore River Wonders
Singapore River Wonders is part of the incredible Mandai Wildlife Reserve (which also has Bird Paradise, Night Safari & Singapore Zoo - all requiring separate tickets).
Singapore River Wonders is the river-themed side of the wildlife reserve that is home to around 11,000 animals from over 250 species, most of which are aquatic animals or animals that live around the water.
River Wonders is set up over different habitats which are built to replicate the natural environments that the animals would live in, to ensure they are comfortable and at home.
The River Wonders habitats include:
- Amazon Encounters - animals include: Azara's Aguoti, Golden-headed lion tamarin, white-tailed tamarin
- Amazon Flooded Forest - animals include: Arapaima, Piranhas, Giant River Otters and others!
- Congo River - animals include: various cichlid's, Catfish, Tailspot ctenopoma
- Ganges River - animals include: Indian Gharial!
- Pavilion Capital Giant Panda Forest: home to Kai Kai and Jai Jai, the parks giant pandas
- Mary River - over 150 species of threatened plants and animals
- Mekong River - various fish
- Rile River - various fish
- Yangtze River - Sturgeon
- River Gems - tetra's, pufferfish, harlequins, gourami, rainbow sharks
River Wonders also also offers a fun boat ride experience which can be purchased onsite. The boat takes visitors through a simulated rainforest environment to spot wildlife!

- We always suggest booking tickets in advance, yes. It’s an incredibly popular attraction, so it does get busy. Booking tickets in advance can save you time from having to queue at the ticket office.
- Is Singapore River Wonders wheelchair accessible?
- Yes, Singapore River Wonders is wheelchair accessible. If you use the tram, you will need to fold it whilst using the tram though. The park also offers complimentary wheelchairs at the entrance.
- Is Singapore River Wonders located at the same place as Singapore Zoo?
- Yes, Singapore River Wonders is part of the amazing Mandai Wildlife Reserve, which also includes Singapore Night Safari, Singapore Zoo and Singapore Bird Paradise. Separate tickets required for all.

- No, all sections of Mandai Wildlife Reserve require their own tickets.
