Space Center Houston is a fun science and space exploration learning center and the official visitor center of NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston!

  • NASA Tram Tour: Enjoy a guided tram tour that takes you behind the scenes of NASA Johnson Space Center! Some of the highlights include seeing the historic Mission Control, the Astronaut Training Facility, and Rocket Park where a Saturn V rocket is displayed!
  • Independence Plaza: A multi-story exhibit complex with the original shuttle carrier aircraft 'NASA 905' with the high-fidelity space shuttle replica Independence mounted on top! You can explore inside both the shuttle and the carrier aircraft.
  • Mission Mars: An interactive exhibit that gives you an understanding of the challenges and innovations related to human missions to Mars. It includes a simulated Martian environment and a look at real Mars rovers!
