About Emirates Park Zoo
Emirates Park Zoo in Abu Dhabi is a great destination for some family fun in the UAE! The zoo is in Al Bahia which is just 30 minutes outside the city centre and suddenly you are surrounded by exotic animals!
The zoo is home to over 1,700 animals from more than 200 species - the A-Z of animals from Aardvark to Zebras from around the world! Explore the zoo’s various different zones with each offering unique opportunities to engage with some of the wildlife.
- Petting Zoo: Perfect for kids, the interactive area allows you to get up close with goats, sheep, and rabbits that live in the section.
- Wildlife Walk: Discover a wide variety of animals, including cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and white tigers.
- Bird Park: This section is full of vibrant colours from the exotic birds that are there. You can also listen to the melodies of parrots, peacocks, and other exotic bird species as they sing away!
- Reptile House: See snakes, lizards, crocodiles and other fascinating reptiles.
- Primate Paradise: Watch playful monkeys and baboons as they swing through the trees! Spot Mandrills, Squirrel monkeys, cute little marmoset and many more!
- Marine Section: Home to playful otters, penguins, and other aquatic creatures.
- Animal Encounters: You can even book special experiences such as feeding giraffes, elephants and hippos! Or why not take a camel ride!
- Educational Shows: The zoo also offers entertaining and educational animal shows, which highlight the importance of conservation and animal care.
